FSU College of Law Graduate, with honors in 1981. Been in private practice of law representing the consumer in Brevard County and throughout the State of Florida since 1981.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience in my field and this community. AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, Past President of Brevard County Bar Assn., Past President of Brevard Bar Foundation,President of Brevard Inns of Court, Active Florida Justice Association Memeber, lectured and written in my field. Recently listed by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida's "Legal Elite."

3, Titusville, Cocoa and Melbourne. We provide legal services on a state wide basis.

What type of payments do you accept?
Most of my fees are contingent (meaning we are only paid fees or costs if we are successful and fee is based on the extent to which we are successful for our clients). However, I do handle certain cases on a flat fee or hourly rate.
