We started sharing our expertise in surf travel from personal experience, then hired seasoned professionals and used our business education to develope a full service travel planning agency.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are trying to spread the word that travel agent services are free, which a lot of people do not know. We are taken care of by the tour operators, hotels and car rental agencies with no price increase to you. In fact, we have lots of resources to get you a better rate than you can find yourself, so it is to your advantage to use a travel agent. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our agents are independant contractors working from all over Brevard County. We cut costs in the recent economy by closing our storefront and working remotely from anywhere. We work well by telephone and email and, of course, we can meet you anywhere you'd like to discuss your trip.
