How long have you been in business?
The law firm of Morgan & Barbary, P.A. was established in December 1999 and has been in business since that time. We have been located at the same location in downtown Melbourne since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a law firm concentrating our practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Family and Criminal law.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Clay Morgan moved to Brevard County in 1989 and has been practicing in the areas of Personal Injury and Family law litigation since that time period. In December of 1999 I formed a partnership with Patrick Barbary to broaden the scope of our practice to broaden the areas of law we could offer our client to encompass criminal law
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in the fact that each attorney will personally meet with and handle each of our clients cases dealing directly with the clients on their important issues. We take every action to minimize costs and provide the highest quality legal services at affordable prices. We are efficient with the use of advanced computer case management and the use of email and other communication options so that our clients are kept immediately up to date and have full knowledge of how their case is progressing and the options available to them in the complex litigation process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We presently have our main office in Downtown Melbourne but have plans to expand within the next six months and open another office in north Brevard County between Cocoa and Titusville.

Our office address is 730 E. Strawbridge Avenue, In Downtown Melbourne, Florida. If coming from I95 you can proceed east bound on US Route 192 and 192 turns into Strawbridge Avenue as you pass through Downtown Melbourne going towards the Melbourne Causeway. Our building in on the North Bound side of 192 one block west of the Melbourne Town Hall.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit card and can take these payments over the phone for our clients that have trouble getting to our office to arrange representation.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Brevard County from Palm Bay to Titusville.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Attorney Clay Morgan is the Managing Partner of Morgan & Barbary and oversees firm operations
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8:30 A,M. to 5:30 P.M Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M to 5 P.M on Fridays.
