How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
BackOnPoint is an idea that I had in 2010 when I was focusing on creating affordable acupuncture for the community. I wanted to let people know that acupuncture is an effective technique for many health conditions and works in tandem with conventional medicine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Medicine is often times complicated and rushed. Acupuncture especially can be confusing and easily misunderstood. This is why I really take my time to connect with patients and explain to them, in simple terms, what it is that I can help them with. I feel what separates me is my willingness to listen and create a comprehensive plan for the patient that they understand that works for them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 office currently, and I plan on keeping it that way for the foreseeable future. That way we can take our time getting to know patients and working with them.
