Our Pet Resort was built on warm hearts for cold noses. The staff go far beyond their appointed duties to love and care for all the furry family memebers who enter into the Resort. The large playground yards were designed to protect and serve are guests needs. The Cageless Suites are comfy and cozy for the exhausted furry friend to eat and sleep. The Master Groomers are fully qualified and professional. They will guide you in the daily care and up keep of your precious family member. Come in and visit anytime. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
On a desire to protect and love animals. Having previous bad experiences I felt the pain that my pets felt and decided to open a true Resort for the love and not the $$$.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pay attention to the needs of the pets. To many times the pet facilities do not have full time staff. Most facilities will put your pet in a yard or kennel and let them interact with someone only a few times a day. This cuts back on their costs. We do not put the dollar before the care of your pet. We have numerous staff in all the yards so the pets can stay out and play or go inside for breaks with free roaming fun.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our facility continues to expand to meet the needs of our clients. We started out with a small property and now are expanding and purchasing more property with a plan to put in a small water park for the pets.

We are located off 520 in Merritt Island just West of Courtenay Parkway. Turn North onto N Grove Street and look to your left. We are the facility with the pets playing on the hypoallergenic yard. 25 N. Grove

We do drop off and pick-ups for a small fee. We will also help you with Vet Appts.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Summer Dean is our on-site Manager. You will love her!
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 5pm We also have Doggie Day Out on this day. Go shopping or the beach while your pet stays at the Resort.
Sunday: 3:30 - 5:30
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We receive a lot of compliments from "This is the best place", "My Pet gets so excited when we get near the Resort", "My pet smells so good", "Thank You for loving my pet", "You have a wonderful Staff".
