At MAVERICK CROSSFIT our goals are simple…to train, educate and motivate you in the CrossFit methodology so you excel in all domains of life, work and sport. We want to know what’s important to you and take an individual approach to help you reach those goals. We address concerns and issues that may be holding you back and help develop a plan to overcome these obstacles. Our goal is to enable you to perform at your best whether that’s playing with your kids or grandkids, saving lives or competing at an elite level in sports. We are dedicated to educating, inspiring and motivating you towards your health and fitness goals.
We are about functional training, teaching our bodies to move in the way they are meant to move. Our focus is directed towards movements that we do on a day to day basis as opposed to isolated training.
Forget about the rows of treadmills, ellipticals and wall to wall mirrors. We utilize equipment which includes Olympic barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, plyo-boxes and chalk; we like to think of it as a playground for adults. We want you to use the equipment provided within a class or one on one environment to work on full body functional movements.
