I've been an online business for the past five years.
What is your primary product or service?
Custom collars, leashes, and harnesses and anything and everything for pampered pooches and kitties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Boston Terrier baby, Brandy, was only 4 pounds when she came home. The only collar I could find small enough to fit was a cat collar, so I made her one. That one collar turned into my business....my passion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because every pet is special, I am more than happy to custom make one of a kind items "just for your baby".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I've operated an online store, and have done many shows in the area and now I'm opening a retail shop in historoic Downtown Melbourne.
